Cancellation Policy


In case of your need or wish to cancel the specified engaged tour, we need to have the word in black and white (in writing) with the Booking Identification (code) / ID through your valid / confirmed  email.  We honour your calls to the effect too, but obviously with the Booking ID.  The day we receive the intimation from you will be the day of effect in the matter.  Pattern of Refund with Cancellation Charges follows :

Before 29 Days Prior to Arrival 30 % deduction from Package amount and no refund for Domestic Airline Tickets (Included in package)
Before 15 Days Prior to Arrival 50 % deduction from Package amount and no refund for Domestic Airline Tickets (Included in package)
Before 07 Days Prior to Arrival 75 % deduction from Package amount and no refund for Domestic Airline Tickets (Included in package)
 
Less than 07 Days Prior to Arrival  No Refund

In case of special train journey and peak season hotel bookings, a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).  In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund will be strictly restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we are able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize.  For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility of refund.

  

Refund

In regard of refund of unused / unutilized services the amount will be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the sum will be refunded to the person(s) who had made the payment to us.  Please note that the process may take 2-4 weeks due to banking procedures.  If the refund is made to the Bank account, the bank charges will be debited from the amount of refund.
